Add Your License to Your BetterHelp Profile

How to add a new license: 

1. Open the “Provide your licensing information” section 

2. Add your new license details including number, expiration date, state, type, and upload a photo of your license that includes the expiration date. This can be a screenshot from your state board. 

3. Save the updates made to your licensing information.

Please ensure that your file type is one that we accept (PDF, .jpg, .png) and that the file is not too large (<16 mb). Please note that we cannot accept live photos (.HEIC file type) or Word documents here.
