Earn $1,000 & get license fees reimbursed
Forum discussion about obtaining licenses in other states (need to be logged in to your BetterHelp account to access) https://www.betterhelpforum.com/c/clinical-perspectives/additional-licenses/23
How it works:
- Obtain a license in one of our eligible high demand states
- When you receive your new license, add it to your account. Our team will verify it and you'll be able to start accepting clients.
- Email your receipt for your licensing fees to therapists@betterhelp.com for reimbursement. You'll receive your $1,000 bonus when you take your first client.
- Please note only new license applications after August 22, 2023 are eligible for reimbursement. Only the application fee from the state board will be reimbursed.
Eligible states:
California, Oregon, Washington
Note: If you're already licensed in one of these states, you are not eligible for a bonus in that state. You can only earn the bonus when receiving a new license in one of the listed eligible states.

*Only licensing fees (max $600 per license) directly from the state board are eligible for reimbursement. Only newly added licenses in a state where you are not previously licensed qualify for this incentive. Renewals of existing state licenses, or additional license types within a state where you are currently or previously licensed do not qualify for this incentive. Probationary or temporary licenses do not qualify for this incentive. Your therapist account must remain active and in good standing. The term "Bonus" is used in connection with this program to refer to the additional compensation paid by BetterHelp to independent contractor therapists that elect to participate in the program. Nothing in this program shall be construed to create an employee-employer relationship between BetterHelp and participating therapists. BetterHelp reserves the right to adjust or discontinue this offer at any time.
